Ahead of the impending summer heat wave, Phifer Incorporated is excited to announce color additions to its new SunTex 95 exterior sun control product line.

Two new hues, Chestnut and Sand, will complement the current family of six neutral color options in this fabric collection designed specifically for exterior roller shade applications. Made from vinyl-coated polyester, SunTex 95 is thinner and lighter weight than traditional SunTex fabrics and is a full basketweave.

SunTex 95 fabrics are infused with Microbanâ antimicrobial product protection for an added level of defense against microbes such as mold and mildew that can damage the shades. Added during the manufacturing process, Microban protection works continuously for the lifetime of the shade to inhibit the growth of stain-causing bacteria, mold and mildew. For additional peace of mind, SunTex 95 fabrics are also certified to GREENGUARD standards for low chemical emissions into indoor air during product usage.
