Pape-Dawson Engineers, Inc. is pleased to announce that Chris Rogers, P.E. has been hired as the newest Commercial Vice President in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.
Mr. Rogers joins Pape-Dawson with more than 20 years of commercial civil engineering experience. He has led numerous commercial and retail land development projects throughout the United States, including multiple large-scale projects in Texas such as the Baybrook Mall Expansion in Houston, the Target Corporation nationwide store development program, the Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse nationwide store development program, and the Kroger Southwest Region Fuel Center program.
Mr. Rogers maintains active membership in several organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers, the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and the National Association of Convenience Stores. He is also a recipient of the ACEC/A Engineering Excellence for Special Projects for his infrastructure design solutions on the Pinnacle Hills Promenade lifestyle center for General Growth Properties in Arizona.

Mr. Rogers earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Davis in 1993. He is a registered professional engineer in the states of Texas, Arkansas, California, North Carolina, Arizona, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oregon, Oklahoma, Missouri, Washington, Michigan, and Louisiana.
