Restaurateurs Roni Mazumdar and Chintan Pandya have big plans to expand their New York City-based Indian restaurant group, with two new fast-casual eateries and updates to several existing concepts, including Masalawala, according to The New York Times. New York City is just the beginning of the pair’s plan to grow the reach of Indian food in the US.
