Ted Moudis Associates (TMA), a leading architectural interiors firm specializing in workplace design, is proud to announce the promotion of six senior team members based in New York City. The recent elevations comprise Douglas Wramage as Senior Associate, Team Leader; Omar Bustamante as Associate, Team Leader; Elaine Thompson and Sam Rank as Team Leaders; and Jenifer Colón and Jennifer Adams as Senior Design Directors.

More about the New York City-headquartered firm’s recent promotions: 

  • Douglas Wramage, Senior Associate, Team Leader, brings 36 years of industry experience, including 15 years at TMA, to his new role and comprehensively manages projects including budgets, scheduling, and contracts. Doug leads a team of project directors and managers along with AutoCAD and Revit support staff, from project conception to completion. He has overseen projects for high-profile clients consisting of complex program requirements and brand integration. 

  • Omar Bustamante, Associate, Team Leader, manages projects with a solution-oriented approach and ensures that design initiatives meet timeline and cost parameters. Omar utilizes his technical expertise on projects that require advanced information technology and audio-visual integration between multiple locations as well as large and complex projects. He brings with him 25 years of experience in architecture and interior design to his new position.

  • Elaine Thompson, Team Leader, has 22 years of experience specializing in commercial and corporate interiors, including eight years at TMA. Elaine can take a project from start to finish with her thorough knowledge of marco- and micro-sized details. She has considerable experience working with financial firms and institutions, servicing a number of high-profile investment banks.  

  • Sam Rank, Team Leader, delivers extensive knowledge of New York City building codes, helping his teams complete high-quality and compliant workplace projects. With over 16 years of architectural experience, including eight years at TMA, Sam serves as a client contact and a liaison for multi-disciplinary consultants by processing shop drawings, conducting regular site visits, and ensuring that construction complies with the design intent and specifications. 

  • Jenifer Colón, Senior Design Director, manages all aspects of the design process, from programming and the creation of design concepts to the selection of materials, finishes, and furniture. Jenifer offers over 22 years of experience in interior design, including 10 years at TMA, to her new role. She has led both small and large projects, ensuring that each project ends on schedule and within budget.  

  • Jennifer Adams, LEED AP, Senior Design Director, has 18 years of experience in corporate interiors, including spaces for numerous financial firms. She applies a deeply creative approach to her projects and provides clients with three-dimensional models to help them better visualize the spaces. Jennifer, who has worked on a variety of high-end workplace projects for TMA, consistently delivers a practical approach to maximizing cost and scheduling efficiency while keeping the creative budget intact. 

Ted Moudis Associates’ recent promotions come on the heels of the firm’s new project wins in 2022, expanding its portfolio throughout the New York metropolitan area.
