North Point Mall in Ga. has redevelopment plan

Under recently disclosed redevelopment plans, North Point Mall in Alpharetta, near Atlanta, will remove a vacant Sears building. The 14-acre property could see 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 328 apartments created as part of the redevelopment plans. Read The Business Journals story here
