Jackson, Miss.-based fast-casual chain Newk’s Eatery will unveil its new prototype today with the opening of its newest restaurant in Lafayette, La. The 85-unit chain’s new look includes higher-end finishes, an updated color palette, a community table and the ability to add digital menu boards and new takeout areas in the future.
