GBT Realty Corp. has announced plans to build a 53,000-square-foot retail center in O’Fallon, Missouri, near St. Louis. Shoppes at Richland Creek is pre-leased to tenants including Chicken Salad Chick, Taco Bell, Pacific Dental and Tidal Wave Luxury Car Wash and is expected to be finished in summer 2021.
