New Mgr of Architectural Q/A Vitro Architectural Glass

Vitro Architectural Glass (formerly PPG Glass) has promoted Paul Di Cesare to manager, architectural quality assurance.
In his new role, Di Cesare will oversee Vitro’s field service team and contacts and provide technical services and field support across commercial construction, residential window and specialty markets. He also will be the company stakeholder for Vitro across several glass industry and regulatory organizations.
Di Cesare has been with Vitro since 1994. Paul Bush, vice president, technical services and government affairs, Vitro Architectural Glass, said Di Cesare’s work in flat glass operations, quality, technical services and sales gives him a seasoned perspective that benefits Vitro customers. “Paul’s extensive experience and exceptional knowledge of our products and the practical and technical challenges our customers face every day make him a great fit for this role,” he explained.
During his career with Vitro, Di Cesare has accepted positions of increasing responsibility at multiple company plants – including Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and Fresno, California. Additionally, he served as manager, fabricated products, at the company’s Allentown, Pennsylvania, location, with duties in sales as well as operations.
Prior to his new role, Di Cesare worked in Vitro’s technical services department, providing expert field quality support to Vitro Flat Glass customers and account managers. As a key accounts manager in the sales organization, he directed several major commercial construction accounts for Vitro Glass in the northeastern U.S.
Di Cesare holds a bachelor’s degree in ceramic engineering from Alfred University and received his Master of Business Administration degree from Ashland University. He is based near Allentown, Pennsylvania.
