The firm provides clients with pre-development consulting review and analysis, due diligence, comprehensive plan amendments, reasonings, special exceptions, variances, site plan approvals, lot splits, zoning verification letters, plat approvals, school, and transportation development agreements and permitting services, all towards the goal of ensuring project checklists, budgets, and schedules are met and maintained.

Smith’s experience as a Real Estate Entitlements professional provides her with a highly specialized skillset catered toward streamlining, coordinating, and obtaining project entitlements and plan approvals for projects of all scales. She has worked with landowners, developers, law firms, national home builders, and project consultant teams on numerous projects across the Southeast. Smith is a University of Central Florida graduate.
