The Dallas-based architectural firm, Mayse & Associates, has completed work on its latest hospitality design project, a 90-key, four-story Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott hotel in the Dallas/Fort Worth suburb of Cedar Hill, Texas. The 53,935 square foot select-service hotel, located within the Cedar Hill Town Center development, is the first Fairfield Inn & Suites in North Texas to include Marriott’s new generation 4.5 Modern Calm interior design package. The hotel is owned and managed by 3S Hospitality, based in Killeen, Texas. Austin, Texas-based Byrd Building Services constructed the project.
