Loren will leverage his extensive connections to support community development goals.

“NELSON Worldwide is breaking through in the multi-family vertical and we couldn’t be more excited to initiate that journey with Loren,” notes Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at NELSON Worldwide, John “Ozzie” Nelson Jr. “As an up-and-coming discipline, the residential market will be driven by the firm’s real estate expertise and Loren’s diverse insight.”
