Neiman Marcus, Saks among retailers in new Chicago outlet mall

Bloomingdale's, Neiman Marcus and Saks have all signed on to open outlet stores at Fashion Outlets of Chicago, a mall that will open in August near O'Hare International Airport. The 530,000-square-foot space will be home to more than 100 tenants, including Banana Republic, Barneys New York, J.Crew, Michael Kors and Gucci. Read the Crain's Chicago Business story here.

Target to invest in store brands, in-store shops

Target expects to spend $4 billion to $5 billion this year to expand its private-label lineup with new brands, roll out curbside delivery and open 20 stores. The company is also leaning into its in-store shop partnerships with brands like Ulta Beauty, Apple and Starbucks.
