WHAT: A groundbreaking event will take place for our reimagined Muskegon Lakeshore community development, Harbor 31. This environmentally friendly community has been years in the making, coming together with the collaborative efforts of the City of Muskegon, State Senator Bumstead and multiple local, regional and state advocacy efforts. Media are invited to attend, photograph and discuss the project with leaders.

About Harbor 31:Located on the Shores of Muskegon Lake in Muskegon Michigan, Harbor 31 (H31) creates various residential living opportunities as well as provide additional Hotel, Retail and Office space. H31 will incorporate the scale and materials of a traditional central business district in a contemporary architectural style.

Connectivity to Muskegon Lake is a key component of the project. H31 creates additional public connectivity to the Lake and establishes the Harbor 31 marina to serve the residents and the public.

H31 will bring additional residents and services to the rapidly growing downtown Muskegon market. The collaborative goal is to develop a project that will add to the reimagined shoreline and be a vital component of downtown Muskegon.

Events
