Mr. C hotel readies for winter opening in Fla.

The Cipriani family just released new renderings of its Mr. C luxury hotel in Coconut Grove. Arquitectonica and the Martin Brudnizki Design Studio designed the 98-room hotel, which is under construction at 2988 McFarlane Road. It will feature nautical-themed interiors and a ballroom on the top floor with views of the Biscayne Bay. The hotel’s facade is propped up by stilts, inspired by the historic Stiltsville nearby.
