Milwaukee® Launches OSHA Table 1 Compliant Dust Shrouds

Milwaukee Tool expands their metalworking capabilities with four new Grinder Dust Shrouds, reducing exposure to dangerous debris, crystalline silica, and dust particles that pose health issues for professionals working with stone and concrete. These four Dust Shrouds provide a solution for regulating respirable crystalline silica dust (29 CFR 1926.1153). The 5″ Cutting Dust Shroud and 4-1/2″ -5″ Surface Grinding Dust Shroud are optimized for respective cutting or grinding applications with every 4-1/2” – 5”, 4-1/2” – 6”, and 4-1/2” – 7” Milwaukee AC/DC angle grinder manufactured in 2018 or later. The 6″ Tuckpointing Dust Shroud is optimized for cutting applications with up to 6″ accessories with every 4-1/2″ – 6″, and 4-1/2″ – 7″ Milwaukee AC/DC angle grinder manufactured 2018 or later. The 7″/9″ Surface Grinding Dust Shroud is optimized for surface grinding applications with both 2785-20 and 6088-20 Milwaukee large-angle grinders. For a complete OSHA Table 1 compliant solution, attach any of these four Dust Shrouds to the Milwaukee 8960-20 8 Gallon Dust Extractor or 0888-20 9 Gallon Dust Extractor.
