Midas Hospitality Hampton Inn by Hilton Sikeston

A Midas owned and operated Hampton Inn by Hilton recently opened at 1240 Commerce Dr. in Sikeston, MO. The 57,000-square-foot four-story hotel cost $11 million.
The 92-room hotel, located off Highway 60 and Interstate 55, is just minutes from historic downtown. Hampton Inn by Hilton Sikeston is the third tenant at the new 100-acre Cotton Ridge Development, which will include restaurants, shopping and entertainment including the recently opened eight-screen Malco Sikeston Cinema & Grill.
The hotel features an indoor swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, meeting rooms, a 24-hour Treats Shop and business center. Guests also receive a complimentary breakfast.
Midas Hospitality, a premier hotel management group, will manage the hotel that was built by sister company MC Hotel Construction, a general contractor specializing in new hotel construction. Sister company Midas Development handled all interior design and procurement, and Gray Design was the architecture firm. All four companies are headquartered in St. Louis, MO. Bank of Missouri financed the project.
“Our new development is located at the very visible and accessible intersections of Highways 61 and 60,” said Mike Bohannon, managing partner of Cotton Ridge Development. “Hampton Inn is the perfect addition to this community, which will serve shoppers and visitors traveling to our area. We are very excited to welcome this beautiful hotel to the mix as our third tenant as conversations continue with other restaurants and potential tenants.”
“The Hampton Inn by Hilton is an exciting opportunity for both our company and the Cotton Ridge Development,” said David Robert, CEO and Manager. “We are happy to bring a second hotel to the community and look forward to creating great experiences for guests staying with us whether for work or play.”
