Janesville, Wisc. (Rock County) – HuHot Mongolian Grill signed a lease for 4,550 square feet at Janesville Plaza located at 2431 Milton Avenue in Janesville, Wisc. Mid-America Principal/Senior Vice President Tony Colvin represented the tenant.
Oak Creek, Wisc. (Milwaukee County) – Starbucks signed a lease for 2,100 square feet at 600 West Drexel Avenue in Oak Creek, Wisc. Mid-America Principals Dan Cohen and Tony Colvin represented the tenant.
Brookfield, Wisc. (Waukesha County) – Starbucks signed a lease for 2,100 square feet at Sendik’s Town Centre located at 19005 W. Capitol Drive in Brookfield, Wisc. The 189,114-square-foot center is anchored by Sendik’s Fine Foods. Mid-America Principals Dan Cohen and Tony Colvin represented the tenant. Mid-America Vice President Scott Satula represented the landlord.
Fon Du Lac, Wisc. (Fon Du Lac County) – Starbucks signed a lease for 1,800 square feet at Johnson Crossing located at 1151 East Johnson Street in Fon Du Lac, Wisc. Mid-America Principals Dan Cohen and Tony Colvin represented the tenant.
