Miami Beach Resort is sold for $117M

MBR Waterview, a company managed by the Chetrit Group investment firm, has acquired the Miami Beach Resort from Blackstone for $117 million. MBR says it plans to renovate the landmark 424-room property. Read the Miami Herald story here.
