MHS Legacy Group, Inc., a St. Louis-based diversified holding company that manages specialty contractors and fabricators, announces the addition of Jim Ryan, general manager of StructSure Scaffold & Insulation, as a new company shareholder, effective by the end of March 2015.

Ryan, currently general manager of StructSure Scaffold & Insulation, will continue in his current responsibilities. Ryan was selected after a three year process of analysis and establishing strict criteria. By becoming a shareholder, Ryan is making a long-term commitment to continue in a leadership role at the company.
