Leading project management and owners’ representation firm MGAC is pleased to announce the selection of Chief Marketing Officer Sandra Grande a 2023 Woman of Influence by GlobeSt in the Marketing / Communications Professional category. The GlobeSt. Women of Influence awards are selectively presented to women who have made significant contributions within the commercial real estate industry.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the architectural, design and project management spheres, Grande has proven to be a leader spearheading the substantial growth and thought leadership presence for MGAC. Her expertise spans across all areas of the industry, from design and project management to construction and economic development. In her role, she oversees the firm’s marketing efforts across 10 offices in the U.S., Canada and the UK. She has been instrumental in leading the firm’s recent global rebrand that consolidated and leverages the organization’s extensive global expertise to solve singular built environment challenges.
“An effective leader means so much more than just delegation, it's about accessibility,” said Grande. “It's important to guide by example and take the time to know what your team members are passionate about, both professionally and personally.”
Under Grande’s leadership, MGAC adopted an external-facing communications strategy focused on thought leadership and PR, an unconventional approach for project management and owners' rep firms. This strategy has successfully positioned MGAC as a renowned brand across diverse media platforms showcasing the firm's expertise and passion. As CMO, Grande manages the execution of MGAC's branding including graphics, social media and web design, while ensuring the strategic framework and guiding principles of the firm are implemented. Her engagement in new business developments and close collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) enables her to effectively build and maintain MGAC’s marketing budget.
“I am honored to receive such a meaningful award, especially amongst incredible nominees,” said Grande. “It is a testament to the character and culture of MGAC and the inspiring individuals I have had the privilege to collaborate with. I look forward to supporting MGAC in its continued growth and success.”
As GlobeSt.’s 2023 Woman of Influence, Grande will be profiled in the July/August 2023 Issue of GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum. She has recognition online at GlobeSt.com and was honored at the 4th annual GlobeSt. Women of Influence Conference on July 25, 2023, held at the Everline Resort & Spa in Lake Tahoe, CA.
