Alameda, California-based architecture firm MBH Architects is excited to announce the appointment of its new Principal, Dimple Manghani. In late January, MBH raised a glass and toasted the well-deserved promotion of the longstanding employee who previously led the retail team as a Senior Associate and Studio Director.
Both a licensed architect and a LEED accredited professional, Dimple has 12 years experience building relationships with valued clients, such as Williams-Sonoma, Levi’s, and H&M. Additionally, she is responsible for the acquisition of the firm’s luxury retail clients, including Dior and Tiffany & Co. As principal, she will build and lead a niche Luxury Retail Studio at MBH, while also contributing to overall firm strategy and operations.
Dimple is also involved in MBH’s Women in the Workplace committee. She is one of three women at the firm who started the voluntary committee, which provides a safe forum to discuss gender-related issues. Created with the goal of providing a platform for equality and promoting interdepartmental communications, the lunchtime discussions are open to all employees – regardless of gender or rank – who wish to speak openly and freely about concerns and biases.
