Celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson is in the process of a developing a new restaurant concept that will open inside the redeveloped Hahne’s department store in Newark, N.J., The Wall Street Journal reports. The $174 million revitalization project, set to open in 2017, is a joint effort by Prudential and real estate company L+M.
