Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome Marc A. Myrin to the firm’s Dallas office. Myrin joins as a partner in its Real Estate & Public Finance Practice Division.
Myrin has been helping commercial real estate clients achieve their business goals through successful transactions for nearly 40 years. His practice focuses on deal-making within all aspects of the real estate industry, including mixed-use commercial and industrial multifamily development.
“Marc will be a valuable addition to the firm’s commercial real estate practice. He brings a depth and breadth of experience that will greatly enhance the Dallas team and strengthen the firm as a whole,” Stinson’s Real Estate & Public Finance Practice Division Chair Todd LaSala said. ” Our clients with real estate in Texas and other markets will benefit greatly from Marc’s experience, savvy and deal-making skills.”
Myrin counsels clients in the acquisition and disposition of income-generating property and raw land. He regularly handles lease negotiations and documentation, including retail, office, ground leases and sale-leaseback transactions, and asset and stock purchase agreements and sales, mergers and financing arrangements. He represents Texas-based and national restaurant owners and operators in connection with the acquisition, sale and leasing of their real estate and liquor licensing matters. Myrin also represents both franchisors and franchisees in connection with the negotiation and drafting of franchise agreements, area development agreements, and other documents relevant to the establishment, purchase, sale and registration of franchised businesses. Myrin also counsels clients in the outdoor advertising industry in connection with the acquisition, disposition, leasing and entitlements necessary to own, operate and license billboards in 10 states throughout the country.
