Mall operator buys 5 Macy’s stores

Macy's has sold five stores in five states to mall operator General Growth Properties. An Oklahoma City store has closed, a location at Tysons Galleria in Virginia will continue operating under a lease with the mall, and stores in North Carolina, Wisconsin and Kentucky will close after the holidays.
