Canadian developer and Mall of America owner Triple Five Group has unveiled plans for American Dream Miami, a $4 billion retail and entertainment project in Miami-Dade County, Fla., that it says would be the country’s biggest mall. Other developers are also adding retail space in the Miami area, including a 565,000-square-foot downtown mall anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue slated to open next year.
