The Cordish Co. announced plans for a $261 million complex in Louisville, Ky., that includes a luxury hotel, apartment space, retail outlets and a grocery store. Omni Hotels & Resorts, a partner in the venture, will develop the 600-room hotel. Construction is expected to begin next year for scheduled completion by 2017. Read The Courier-Journal story here
