Luna Grill to grow thanks to $30M in new funding

San Diego-based Luna Grill has received $30 million in investments that it will use to update existing locations and open new ones. The Mediterranean fast casual chain plans to build 18 additional locations next year, which will bring its footprint to 48 total restaurants. Read The San Diego Union-Tribune story here
