Launch of ProMat’s automated submittal software

Pro Material Solutions, Inc. (www.promatsolutions.com), the digital project binder startup designed to reinvent how contractors, subcontractors, and the commercial construction industry create required project documents, announces the launch of our submittal software which has quickly caught the attention of an oftentimes antiquated commercial construction design industry.

In May, ProMat launched the first digital solution for commercial contractors and subcontractors to efficiently build their submittal and closeout packages. Today, ProMat now has over 40 businesses using the platform on a repeat basis. For as little as $30 per project, the platform automates the timeconsuming and legally required job of gathering thousands of product documents, images, and samples prior to a firm building a project. ProMat reduced this immense task for the average project from an average of four hours to less than five minutes.
ProMat will launch an industry focused crowdfunding campaign this fall and raise a Series A round of $2MM this winter (jfreeman@promaterialsolutions.com), allowing the company to build ProMat Enterprise, dramatically increase the number of products and documents in the database and grow sales to meet our aggressive cash flow goals.
