Labor Finders International, Inc., the oldest and largest privately held industrial labor staffing franchise company in the United States is pleased to announce that the company has been awarded the prestigious 2015 American Staffing Association (ASA) Staffing VOICE Award best-of-class honoree in the more than $100 million category. In addition, Labor Finders also received the top honor in the Specialty Advertising category.   The ASA’s VOICE Awards, recognizes outstanding advertising and marketing programs amongst ASA member companies and affiliated chapters. Labor Finders competed with other staffing firms with more than $100 million in annual sales.
The VOICE Award for Specialty Advertising recognized Labor Finders unique marketing endeavor, “Labor Finders 40th Anniversary–We’re Partying Like It’s 1975”, Targeted Account Campaign (TAC) Program.  The premise of the TAC is to target 20 prospective accounts per branch office, which had a high likelihood of using their staffing services, yet, may represent a challenge due to a stonewalled gatekeeper, a hard-to-reach decision-maker or a tight relationship with a competitor. The theme, “We’re Partying Like It’s 1975” was designed to focus on the fact that we’ve been around for 40 years; an actuality that separates Labor Finders from most competitors and instills confidence with our customers and future customers; because any company that does not provide excellent service rarely sticks around 40 years.
The award winning program generated hundreds of new accounts while giving the Labor Finders sales force numerous fun, unique and conversational selling tools. Not bad for a $200.00 per office investment!
The ASA’s judging committee commented on “Labor Finders 40th Anniversary–We’re Partying Like It’s 1975” by saying, “Original! It is great to see the new client count!”
Dan Shube, Chief Marketing Officer for Labor Finders and his marketing team created the fun and unique program, “This particular program not only boosted sales, but also morale amongst our branch managers, most of whom are also mandated with obtaining  new business. I’m quite pleased that our team has been recognized by the ASA with such a distinguished honor,” said Shube.
ASA Staffing VOICE Award honorees will be celebrated at Staffing World®, the annual ASA convention and expo, Oct. 27-29 in Nashville, TN.
The annual awards program is sponsored by ASA corporate partner CareerBuilder.
