KOVA, a leader in building material solutions, announces the advancement of construction management professional, Bob Posillico, to Director of Business Development & Sales. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Posillico brings a wealth of experience within the construction and real estate industries, including a keen understanding of material supply challenges, to the brand. In his new role, Posillico oversees the day-to-day of the sales team and focuses primarily on advancing the KOVA product line. His efforts include broadening the brand’s geographical footprint and utilizing his in-depth industry knowledge to expand KOVA’s presence in the hospitality market as well as other relevant industries on a national level.
“Bob’s extensive background in construction and real estate offers a unique perspective that will further uplift the KOVA brand,” says Vice President Dan Sullivan, AIA, NCARB. “His enthusiasm and knowledge of the field makes him an incredible asset in allowing our business to reach new heights. We’re excited to witness him embrace his new role within the company!”
Having grown up in the construction business, Posillico developed his building industry expertise from an early age. As such, he is always looking to move the needle through progressive, sustainable project development processes. Prior to working at KOVA, the Connecticut/New York native developed a mid-sized regional construction firm where he oversaw business development and field operations for an array of project types including commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, senior housing, healthcare, and hospitality. Outside of work, Posillico was both honored and humbled to be appointed to the Construction Committee for the Nassau/Suffolk Long Island 9/11 Memorial. He is also a proud Florida State University alum and an active member/fundraiser for the Long Island Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
“KOVA is an undeniably talented team with a mission that I resonate with,” says Posillico. “Not just as a whole-project building solutions supplier – but also as a reliable product source, project partner, and industry game changer. I look forward to playing a pivotal role in expanding the brand and having fun along the way.”
Working alongside a team of experts with innovative mindsets and nontraditional backgrounds, Posillico continues to make an impact from coast to coast with his dedication, joyful disposition, and industry know-how. To learn more about KOVA and its latest building material solutions, please visit kovaproducts.com.
