Kichler,® a leader in innovative lighting and ceiling fans, is bringing high style and functionality to indoor and outdoor areas with an extensive ceiling fan line introduction. The 12 new fans, available in a variety of sizes and exclusive finishes, consist of updated designs ranging from modern and traditional, to transitional and classic for residential and light commercial settings.
“Clean, sleek designs with improved performance are the inspiration behind our new ceiling fans,” said John Moody, director of product management – ceiling fans, Kichler. “We strive to create top-tier options that exceed customer expectations.”

“As functional, air moving products, ceiling fans are expected to create a cool effect resulting in a comfortable environment,” said Moody. “For this reason, we strived to produce exceptional airflow with our fans in this release. In addition, considerable amounts of the new models utilize LED lighting, which in turn saves on energy costs. Our goal is to continuously find ways to best serve the market, and we’re confident that we’ve accomplished that with this new introduction.”
Heightened Designs and Finishes
Chic styles are the theme in the 2016 ceiling fan line, in addition to new finishes including a renewed Natural Brass, Matte White and impressive Sterling Gold. The new options have a high level of richness, sure to add an elevated look to each model. Key models include Nadia, which features a sculptured design with unique blades that wrap around the fan’s housing. Klever, an existing Kichler ceiling fan, now has a model for wet locations with new blades to appeal to any décor.
Energy-Efficiency
Utilizing a fan in an occupied space can result in lower energy bills as it costs as little as $1 to operate for a month, as compared to a monthly cost of $100 to operate an air conditioning unit, according to the American Lighting Association. Many of the fans in the new Kichler line have an integrated LED light kit that helps save on utility bills. A model within the new line that is a major energy saver is the Szeplo, which is available in diameters of 52,” 60” and 80.” The fan has a high-efficiency DC motor and the highest airflow of the entire line with over 10,000 cubic feet per minute (CFM).
Innovative options with low energy consumption make the Kichler 2016 ceiling fan line a prized debut. Fans include:
Kichler Décor Ceiling Fans

The 52” Nadia touts a sleek, contoured appearance with a one-of-a-kind design. The four blades of this fan wrap around its center and extend at a 14-degree angle. In addition to its dashing style, Nadia comes with an     integrated LED light kit for the ultimate energy savings and is available in two finishes – Brushed Nickel with Driftwood blades and Oil Brushed Bronze with Shadowed Walnut blades.
Efficient meets modern with the 56” Ellys. The fan features a perforated, pierced metal accent surrounding its integrated LED light kit, and has seven blades in contrast to the typical five for a fresh look. Ellys has a  high-efficiency DC motor, which has been proven to use far less energy,     and comes in Brushed Nickel and Olde Bronze® finishes. A remote control comes with the fan for easy usage and blade colors available are Walnut, Dark Cherry and Teak.

Kichler Indoor/Outdoor Ceiling Fans

Szeplo, available in 52,” 60” and 80,” encourages customization as customers are able to choose their desired blade length and finish as well as the motor assembly finish. The standard blades for the Szeplo are a lightweight aluminum, which prevents rust for a long-lasting appearance. This fan in particular has an exceptionally high airflow and is tailored for wet locations. It comes in finishes of Weather Steel Powder, Olde Bronze® and Satin Black.
The popular Terna Patio LED is part of an existing collection, but has been updated for use in damp locations. Outdoor living has increased in popularity, and this fan is a great choice for placement over patio tables and bars. What sets the Terna apart from other models is its modern, twisted design along with innovative airflow; the air rotates diagonally to prevent cooling food or guests. The fan’s finishes include Weathered Steel and Tannery Bronze.
Lyndon is also an existing collection, but now has new models specifically for wet locations– Lyndon Patio. The 52” and 60” size fans have a sleek, nautical style and feature a clear, seedy glass. Finishes include Weathered Copper, Weathered Steel and Olde Bronze.®
Arkwet is a new model that is compatible with wet locations. This distinct 52” contemporary model has three blades instead of the typical five for an out-of-the-box aesthetic. The primary control on this fan is a pull chain for easy operation. Arkwet fan finishes include Weathered Copper, Weathered Steel and MatteWhite. Accessories for Arkwet include a universal LED light kit.
Klever Patio is a tropical-styled fan for use in wet locations. Customers can choose their fan motor finish and complete their fan by choosing from three all-weather ABS blade options. The blades are available in Palm, Weathered Bamboo and Antique Bamboo. Fan finishes include Weathered Copper and Matte White.

Kichler Select Ceiling Fans

The Terra Select is a classically styled fan with two size options of 52” and 60” for a variety of settings. The fan comes with a bowl light kit at its center for an updated addition. Finishes include Brushed Nickel, Olde Bronze®, Matte White and Burnished Antique Pewter.

The transitional Ashbyrn is substantial in diameter at 60,” and moves a large volume of air due to its large motor. The Ashbyrn well exceeds the average ceiling fan airflow with 8,700 CFM. Customers can easily harmonize the fan into existing settings as it comes in five finishes    including Burnished Antique Pewter, Mediterranean Walnut, Olde Bronze®, Matte White and Natural Brass.

Graystone is a 52” traditional ceiling fan with a clean design. Its sophisticated style makes this model a versatile option for residential or commercial settings, and comes in three finishes – Burnished Antique Bronze, Berkshire Bronze and Natural Brass.

Stark is one of the most versatile options of the ceiling line as it comes in an array of sizes and finishes. The classic fan is available in options of 42,” 52” and 60” diameters and is equipped with an integrated LED light kit for increased energy savings. Stark has five finish options – including Polished Nickel, Olde Bronze®, Matte White, Brushed Nickel, and Natural Brass.

Bowen is a clean, contemporary ceiling fan available in three different sizes including 42,” 52” and 60.” The pull chain on/off control makes usage easy for consumers, and the fan is available in Brushed Nickel, Olde Bronze® and a brand new Matte White finish.

The casual, classic Terra ceiling fan comes in two sizes including 52” and  60.” Terra was designed to move a large amount of air and is available in finishes of Brushed Nickel, Olde Bronze®, Matte White and Burnished Antique Pewter.
