Kahler Grand Hotel in Minn., 3 other properties set to be sold

Sunstone Hotel Investors is working on a deal to sell the Kahler Grand Hotel in Rochester, Minn., as well as three other hotel properties. Sunstone also owns the Residence Inn Rochester Downtown, the Residence Inn Rochester Mayo Clinic Area and the Kahler Inn & Suites, which comprise nearly 75 percent of the hotel supply in downtown Rochester.
