Over the last 15 years, Joseph’s creative leadership has won multiple retail design awards for concept stores around the world. He has helped scale over 5.4 million square feet of flexible workplace interior environments for Fortune 500 companies and has developed a line of flexible workplace furniture. In addition to his architectural and interior design work, Joseph has helped lead brand strategy, creative direction, and retail innovation projects for brands such as PepsiCo, Starbucks, Knotel, Industrious, and other VC-backed startups.
