JBG SMITH plans mixed-use project in D.C.’s NoMa neighborhood

JBG SMITH Properties wants to build an 805-unit mixed-use project, which would include 35,200-square-feet of retail, in Washington, DC's NoMa neighborhood on the site of a McDonald's. JBG SMITH acquired the site for $31 million in 2018, and its plans call for combining the property with nearby plots for a 1.5-acre development site. Read The Business Journals story here
