J.C. Anderson has completed a 22,000 square foot build-out for OMS National Insurance Company’s (OMSNIC) new headquarters at 425 Martingale Road in Schaumburg, Illinois.

Founded in 1987, OMSNIC is the only medical professional liability insurance company specializing in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Relocating from 6133 River Road in Rosemont, Illinois, the insurance company selected J.C. Anderson to complete a renovation to its new headquarters space in Schaumburg. The project was completed on an aggressive schedule and consisted of the removal of an existing stair case, which connected the floor below and the floor above to the new OMSNIC space. Construction also included the addition of two conference rooms and a large board room with AV communications capabilities.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Erlich, Project Manager Andrew Mott and Superintendent Steve Perry. NELSON provided the architectural services and JLL provided project management services.
