J.C. Anderson has completed a 23,000 square foot build-out for Hubbard Radio Chicago, at One Prudential Plaza in Chicago. Founded in 1925, Hubbard Broadcasting LLC is an American television and radio broadcasting corporation based in St. Paul, Minnesota. The firm’s Chicago radio group, Hubbard Radio Chicago, serves over 3,000,000 listeners every week and over a thousand clients in Chicagoland. Hubbard Radio Chicago selected J.C. Anderson to complete a renovation to its office/studio to modernize its existing space while also increasing efficiencies. The project consisted of the construction of new studios, new workstations, private offices, and conference rooms. The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by COO Steve Boulukos and Superintendent Jose Verduzco. Partners by Design provided the architectural services and Savills Studley provided project management services.
