Innovation Paves the Way for Warrior Insurance

"Smartphones have fundamentally changed how people interact with one another. Communication is faster, more streamlined, and more accessible than ever. It's also transformed how customers expect to make purchases, find information, and interact with the companies they do business with. To be competitive in today's market, Warrior Insurance Network (WIN) needed to provide First Chicago Insurance Company (FCIC) and United Security Health and Casualty Insurance Company (USH&C) personal auto insurance policy holders with a mobile customer experience that matches up with these expectations. Warrior Mobile, our new mobile app, accomplishes that goal," began James Hallberg, President, WIN.
"Our primary objective for Warrior Mobile was to ensure that customers would be able to find everything related to their auto insurance policy within the app in a convenient and easy-to-use platform. Empowering our customers to use the features and functionality of Warrior Mobile will allow them to interact with our organization in a more organic and convenient manner," Hallberg concluded.
During phase one, two of WIN's member companies, FCIC and USH&C will have access to Warrior Mobile. Warrior Mobile will be introduced FCIC and USH&C customers throughout Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Iowa, Missouri, and Wisconsin.
WIN's Warrior Mobile app is available on Google Play for Android and App Store for Apple phones. Once installed, WIN customers will be able to:

  • download their FCIC & USH&C policy documents, including ID cards,
  • make a payment,
  • report a claim, with capabilities to include video, audio, pictures, and documents,
  • request roadside assistance,
  • access account information, and much more.

In addition, the app can track driving habits to assist customers in practicing safer driving habits. WIN's Warrior Mobile will be available in Spanish at a later date, as well as expand into other states where it is allowed.
Hallberg concluded, "WIN takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction. Advanced tools like Warrior Mobile will ensure that our customers will have a convenient user-friendly vehicle to take advantage of everything that comes with having their auto insurance policy with a WIN member company. We will continue to be advocates and guardians for our partners, producers, and customers through exceptional customer service, quality products, accessibility, advanced technology, and industry expertise going back more than 100 years."
