IKEA plans to grow to 500 stores by 2020

IKEA wants to grow. According to The Wall Street Journal, the retailer plans to increase its store count to around 500 by 2020. It currently operates about 300 stores. In addition, IKEA said that by the end of fiscal 2020 it plans to quadruple sales of sustainable products, and that it will sell only energy-efficient diode lamps and bulbs and use only LED lighting in its stores by 2016.

Georgia DOT joins 11 states requiring e-Ticketing in 2026

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) has launched a statewide e-Ticketing initiative—starting in 2026, all contractors will be required to use e-Ticketing under Section 110 of GDOT specifications. As a first step, GDOT has implemented a dual-ticketing pilot—TruckIT, which requires both paper and electronic tickets.
