Hy-Vee plans to open 10 Market Grille and 40 Market Café restaurants in 50 more stores across the Midwest in 2014, as part of an effort to expand its offerings beyond traditional groceries. The Market Grille restaurants include wait service, a full bar and menus that offer entrees, such as steak and seafood, while the Market Cafés, located in smaller format stores.
