KHP Capital Partners, which recently purchased Hotel Minneapolis for $46 million from Chesapeake Lodging Trust, plans to invest millions to renovate the 111-year-old building. The renovation of the 222-room downtown hotel is scheduled to start in late 2018. Read Star Tribune story here
