Thayer Lodging Group has sold the Hilton Garden Inn on Tamiami Trail in Manatee, Fla., to Excel Sarasota 1, owned by hotel developer Shoham Amin. The 115-room property was sold for $10.8 million. Read the Bradenton Herald story here.
