Hospitality rises as overall Q3 CRE sales volume drops

Third-quarter commercial real estate sales volume dropped 6% year over year to $151 billion, according to Real Capital Analytics. However, sales volumes increased in the industrial and hotel sectors compared to the same period in 2018.
