Dyer Brown has announced the opening of a new office in Atlanta. This major move comes on the heels of several new professional honors, including design awards for the restaurant Tapestry and a coveted citation from the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) as “Collaborating Professional of the Year.”
Merging best-in-class design with the specialized delivery of Building Services and Corporate Services, Dyer Brown is known for long-term relationships with property owners and corporate clients. The approach is gaining traction in Atlanta, where Dyer Brown is building a new list of clients. It also helped Dyer Brown garner the CBA award.
This week, CBA announced the award for “Collaborating Professional of the Year,” calling Dyer Brown a “pioneer in the field of building services” and a “well-known and well-regarded” firm with such noteworthy clients as Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Equity Office, Synergy Investments and Clarion Partners.
With headquarters in Boston, the architecture and interior design firm Dyer Brown already enjoys a significant footprint as house architect for 75 buildings and more than 25 million square feet of space. Regarded for commercial, hospitality and academic work in New England, the firm has undertaken corporate workplace projects in Atlanta and around the country through Fortune 500 corporate clients.
According to the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) of Greater Boston, Dyer Brown’s award is part of the annual CBA Achievement Awards, which “recognizes the area’s most significant real estate deals and honors local industry professionals who have distinguished themselves among their peers.”
“We are honored to be recognized for this prestigious CBA award,” said Brent Zeigler, AIA, President and Director of Design at Dyer Brown. “Knowing that we have established trust and confidence with our clients and commercial broker colleagues means a lot to us, and these collaborative relationships continue to fuel our success.”
