Holiday Inn in San Francisco is sold to joint venture

Summit Hotel Properties has closed on a deal to buy the 252-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf for $60.5 million. Summit purchased the property through a joint venture with an affiliate of InterContinental Hotels Group, which will own 20 percent of the hotel. Read the HotelsMag.com story here.
