ANN ARBOR— Hobbs+Black Architects is proud to announce the promotions of the following individuals: Dennis McGowan to Associate Vice President (Ann Arbor). For over 15 years, Dennis has contributed to the growth and presence of Hobbs+Black while working on large scale projects such as the 20-acre urban lifestyle center City Creek Center in Salt Lake City, Utah and the Mall at San Juan in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Tom Dillenbeck, AIA to Associate Vice President (Ann Arbor). Tom has been with Hobbs+Black for 8 years and has been instrumental in expanding Hobbs+Black’s Healthcare Studio managing major building programs for Oakwood Healthcare, University of Michigan Health System, Beaumont Hospitals and Sparrow Health.

Thomas (TJ) Chasty, AIA, NCARB to Associate Vice President (Phoenix). TJ has worked at both the Ann Arbor and Phoenix Hobbs+Black offices over the past 10 years. TJ has been a major contributor to our Healthcare studio with his work at Mayo Clinic, Beaumont Health, Henry Ford Health System and the Tucson Medical Center.

Claude Faro, RA, LEED AP BD+C to Senior Associate (Ann Arbor). For 7 years Claude has worked as a part of the Retail Studio at Hobbs+Black on projects such as the multi-award winning City Creek Center, Salt Lake City, Utah. Claude is currently working as the Project Architect on the Mall at San Juan in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Hobbs+Black is also pleased to announce the promotions of Carolyn Corbett in the Ann Arbor office, and Richard Keuneke in the Lansing office, to Associate.
