Rockbridge Capital has acquired the 166-room Cliff House Resort & Spa in Cape Neddick, Maine, in a joint venture for an undisclosed sum. The new owners said they plan to renovate the historic property, which includes 13,000 square feet of meeting space, a lap pool and a fitness center. Read Portland Press Herald story here
