Hersha Hospitality Trust is selling a 70% stake in seven of its Manhattan hotels to Chinese investment firm Cindat Capital Management for $571.4 million. Hersha will use some of the $300 million in proceeds from the transaction to acquire assets including The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown and Hilton Garden Inn on M Street, both in Washington, D.C.
