As COVID-19 freed more people to work remotely, new Gulf Coast of Florida residents are choosing a warmer climate and more relaxed lifestyle.

Buyers in the affluent real estate market of Tampa Bay want luxury living, but COVID-19 brought attention to critical health factors. Affluent buyers are aware of the risks of living in densely populated areas or in condominiums with recycled air.
