Hanwha Surfaces, the American subsidiary of South Korean-based conglomerate Hanwha L&C announced today it is moving to a direct sales model in New England, Michigan and Ohio.  On the heels of the opening of its Philadelphia warehouse and showroom in October of 2015, this transition will help the company directly reach consumers in these high volume territories with their HanStone Quartz product line.
This expansion signals a period of unprecedented growth for Hanwha Surfaces, which is moving its entire production to North America in the coming year. “New England, Michigan and Ohio have always been strong areas for sales for Hanwha Surfaces,” says Hanwha’s VP of Strategy Dan Boyd.  “With our recent warehouse openings in Atlanta and Philadelphia we are better equipped to directly service these territories.”
