Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP has finished a financing search, resulting in $7 million for a Hampton Inn in Brooklyn, Ohio. The loan will be used to acquire the Hampton Inn Cleveland Airport-Tiedeman Road and finish ongoing renovations that started in 2011. Read the REJournals.com story here
